This Privacy Policy describes how DIAS & FERNANDES LLC, doing business as Caliber Mechanics ("Caliber Mechanics," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of visitors and customers ("you") who use our website (the "Site") or purchase our products. This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site, through email, text, or other electronic communications, and through our relationship with you as a customer.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Site.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site:
a) Information You Provide to Us
- Contact information, such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number;
- Order information, including products purchased, order history, and preferences;
- Payment information, processed securely by our third-party payment processors (see Section 3);

Our Site is hosted on the Shopify platform, which also collects information via cookies necessary to provide services to us, including to operate the Site, prevent fraud, improve the Site, and analyze use of the Site, as further described in Shopify's own Consumer Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including your ability to complete a purchase.
We may use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies – required for the Site to function (e.g., shopping cart, checkout);

- Shopify – our e-commerce platform provider, which processes data on our behalf to power our online store;
- Payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, and other supported payment gateways) – to securely process your payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers;
- Shipping and logistics carriers – to deliver your order and provide tracking information;
- Marketing and analytics providers (e.g., email marketing platforms, advertising networks, analytics tools) – to help us understand Site usage and deliver relevant marketing;
- Fraud prevention and identity verification services – to protect against fraudulent transactions;
- Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, insurers) where necessary;
- Government authorities or third parties, when required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Targeted Advertising and Your Choices
We may work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads on other websites based on your browsing activity on our Site ("interest-based advertising"). You may opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of this signal, our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and similar laws in other states.
Where applicable, these rights may include the right to:
- Know/Access – request information about the personal data we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared;
- Delete – request deletion of personal data we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Correct – request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Opt-out of Sale/Sharing – opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. As stated above, we do not sell personal information for monetary value; however, use of certain advertising/analytics cookies may be considered "sharing" under some state definitions;
- Non-Discrimination – we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights;
- Appeal – in applicable states, request an appeal of our decision regarding your request.

California "Shine the Light" Law: California residents may request information once a year regarding our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Nevada Residents: Nevada law permits residents to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. As noted above, we do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a request to client@calibermechanics.com.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 10. International Visitors
Our Site is hosted in the United States and intended primarily for customers located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
